Street Scene (MDStreetScene), or "MDSS", exists
to bring the automotive scene in Maryland
together on the web through a community forum.
We accept all makes, models, and types of
vehicles. There are currently over 2,800
registered members on our forums. That number
grows daily. Unlike many internet communities,
MDSS makes every attempt to keep the forums a
friendly place for automotive enthusiasts.
Through the forums, members can arrange meets,
show off their vehicles, sell/buy parts, ask for
help, and discuss automotive topics. In
addition, we want members to become friends and
be able to discuss non-automotive related
things. We feel this helps to build unity and
strengthens the community aspect. We have
multiple "Lounge" forums for discussions ranging
from sports to RC cars to technology to home
gadgets to pop culture and current news.
Our
members are mechanics, painters, bodywork
specialists, electronic gurus, racers, and
photographers. This vibrant melting pot of
members allows us to have a unique community
where people with differing interests can come
together and appreciate each others automotive
